This book works as a tablature book but works even better as a lyric book. In fact, that's what it should be marketed as: a lyric book with tabs, not a tab book with included lyrics. Some of the tabs are correct, and most of them sound correct but you can tell that they're either dumbed down, loosely created, or just not 100% correct. It's a mixture of loose translation, official tab, and not-so-correct at all. It's a good book to have nonetheless as it's good for filling in gaps with tabs you pull offline and whatever else.If you're a fan of Dylan, it's a great book to own and almost ...ALMOST... a must-buy. If you are trying to learn Dylan songs, it's a great place to start. It's not the all-holy-all-correct book though that it is made out to be. It's missing what song the keys are in and it would be nice to know that since some songs are accompanied by the famous harmonica. True, it's nothing a bit of experimenting won't tell you but it would be nice to just see it up front. What you CAN do, is once you figure the key out, you can write it in the book. In fact, there's LOTS of space to make notes on these pages too. I got this book years ago and still reference it. I hope this review helps! Enjoy it if you get it, I do on occasion.
